This value chain involves 

the local production of vegetables (1ha greenhouses, 7ha outdoor vegetables), their processing into sauces at a mini-factory, and the utilisation of byproducts (stems and leaves) for fermentation into food and feed protein, biomaterials (fibres), biofertilisers and biochar.
