This value chain involves the cultivation of wheat, its processing into flour, and the utilisation of byproducts generated throughout the production and processing stages. This value chain covers 200 hectares of cereal production and spans from wheat cultivation to marketing flour and its byproducts across Lithuania. This value encompasses wheat cultivation, processing into flour, distribution and logistics, and utilisation of byproducts such as straw and husks, to produce feed, and bioenergy.
