AgriFood Lithuania is a cluster digital innovation hub and the EIT Food Hub in Lithuania, dedicated to transforming the agrifood sector. We connect diverse stakeholders, including SMEs, corporations, research institutions, and policymakers, to foster innovation, sustainability, and resilience. Our focus areas include promoting digital transformation, circular bioeconomy, alternative proteins, food loss and waste reduction, and building strong regional ecosystems through collaborative initiatives. Additionally, we organize the AgriFood Forum, the largest agrifood event in the region, driving critical discussions and partnerships to reshape the sector for a sustainable future.
Within the ARGONAUT project, AFL contributes by providing Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) relevant data on bio-based product value chains and participates in the piloting of the tool through focus groups, policy support, networking, and use cases.
